Content and scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to a purchase made on the internet platform.
Any purchase, order, appointment made online or by email implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. In addition, the customer declares to have read these General Terms and Conditions and to have accepted them before purchasing.
The General Terms and Conditions can be sent to anyone who requests it by email (email address: contact@alexandre-massage-bien-etre.com ).
Mr. Weyand Alexandre reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The general conditions of sale apply to all services and/or products offered on the website. Here is the list (non-exhaustive):

RATES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices are indicated in euros. Alexandre Weyand operates under the micro-enterprise regime and is not subject to value added tax (VAT), in accordance with article 293B of the General Tax Code, the prices mentioned on the website are therefore indicated without VAT.
The prices displayed on the site (single or packages) are based on an in-office service. Services at the client's home will be charged an additional 30 euros for travel with the massage table. There will be no additional costs for traveling with only the headrest.
Several payment methods are available:
Secure payment via the website
Payment, secured by the WIX and Stripe system, is due immediately upon reservation/order by credit card. It is necessary to store bank details at the time of payment. After this, the customer is not obliged to accept the storage of these banking data.
Payment in cash (on the day of the service)
Cash payment is accepted after initial contact with the customer. The customer will return the cash on site just before the service.
Mr. Weyand Alexandre may modify the prices at any time and without notice. However, he undertakes to invoice the sessions at the rates in effect at the time of the reservation/order.
Promotional offers :
Promotional offers can regularly be put in place, on the occasion of a new service, depending on seasonality... These offers will be conditioned and limited in time.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer, promotions and preferential rates cannot be combined with the purchase.
CASES OF PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS (company)
Special conditions are added in the case of a service in a company and therefore between professionals.
Weyand Alexandre will issue an invoice corresponding to the service. A period of 30 days from receipt is granted for payment of the invoice. The payment methods are bank transfer (via the bank details provided by Mr. Weyand Alexandre) or check payable to Alexandre Weyand, net and without discount.
Any late payment will automatically result in late payment interest at the rate of 11% and a fixed compensation for recovery costs of €40. Alexandre Weyand also reserves the right to suspend or cancel ongoing services, without being able to give rise to damages for the customer.
To cancel or postpone the service, the professional must contact Mr. Weyand Alexandre as soon as possible by telephone 06.95.37.78.67 or email contact@alexandre-massage-bien-etre.com . In the case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the service, 50% of the cancellation fee will remain due.
RESERVATION OF A SERVICE
Massage services can be purchased online and followed by a reservation depending on availability. To do this, the customer has access to a schedule on which he chooses the day and time slot that suits him.
When purchasing a service via the site, the customer must:
Select the service and click on the “reserve” button.
Choose the day, the time, fill in the billing details (last name, first name, email, telephone number, etc.),
Enter your bank details.
Confirm acceptance of the reservation/order then click on validate.
Validation of the reservation/order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
An email summary of the reservation is then sent by email.
The customer also has the possibility of consulting all of these reservations and payments directly on the website via his account. To do this, the customer must agree to create a customer account on the site.
If the confirmation email is not received, the customer is invited to check the SPAM folder of their email.
Payment for a notebook / package
The customer can purchase a notebook directly on the site. This allows you to save money compared to purchasing individually. He selects the type of notebook he wants from those offered and makes payment via the site.
In the “My massage package” section, the customer can consult the number of massages they have left. He can then book a massage that corresponds to the valid type and duration. For example, if the customer has purchased a book of 5 60-minute massages, he or she will only be able to reserve massages among those lasting 60 minutes.
The validity period of the 5 massage books is 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period of the 10 massage books is 24 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, if the book/package is not completely used, the sessions will be lost and no refund will be made.
Gift card :
We offer the sale of gift cards in digital or paper format.
The customer selects an amount, enters the recipient's details, sets the card delivery date and pays. Once payment is completed, the customer receives an email confirming the purchase.
The recipient of the gift card then receives an email with the subject “You have just received a gift card from _____” (with the corresponding name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email.
To redeem the card, the recipient goes to our site and chooses what they want to purchase. When paying, they select the Use a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.
If the sale price is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay the remaining cost using our regular payment methods.
The validity period of the gift card is 12 months. After this period, the gift card will no longer be valid and no refund will be made.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, particularly in the event of loss or theft.
DELAY MANAGEMENT
In order to allow everyone to enjoy a moment of well-being and relaxation, each client is asked to respect the appointment time. Please note that there is no point in arriving too early as we do not have a waiting room.
In the event of a delay, the session will not be extended in order to recover the duration of the delay and no total or partial refund will be made.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
The customer has a right of withdrawal for the purchase of services on our website.
Reminder of the regulations:
In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:
"The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely, following cold calling or off-premises, without having to give reasons for his decision or to bear other costs. than those provided for in articles L. 121-21-3 to L. 121-21-5 Any clause by which the consumer abandons his right of withdrawal is void.
The withdrawal period begins from the online payment of the session.

The amounts paid will be fully refunded.
In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code:
“The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has started after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.”
Therefore, if a reservation/payment is made for a service which takes place within 14 days, the customer automatically waives his right of withdrawal.

MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION: POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION
The customer has the possibility to cancel, via the website, his reservation up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If the customer cancels their reservation less than 48 hours before the appointment, no refund will be made.
The client has the possibility to reschedule, free of charge, his session up to 48 hours before the start time.
In the event of cancellation by the client less than 48 hours before (or failure to attend the appointment), the session will be considered due in full and no refund will be possible.
In the event that Mr. Weyand Alexandre is the originator of the modification or cancellation, the client may postpone the appointment to a later date or obtain a full refund. Any reimbursement will be made by the same method and to the same account as the initial payment.
RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for his or her decision to book one of our services. He must therefore check with a doctor that receiving a wellness massage is not contraindicated for health reasons.
The various contraindications are specified for each massage on the website, without this list being exhaustive.
By reserving a service, the customer therefore acknowledges not having the contraindications mentioned on the page dedicated to the description of this service.
Our wellness massage services have no medical purpose. It is professional, not erotic or sexual.
The sole objective of our services is well-being. We specify that effectiveness and results cannot be guaranteed.
For minors under 18 years of age, the presence of a legal representative during the service is mandatory.

COMPETENT JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
French legislation applies to these General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In the event of no amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the matter.
